This program was created to give someone the current wind chill factor. To do this Double Click the Icon labeled Chill 1.0. you will then see the default window "The current Wind chill factor is: 0 degrees" "Thats Cold!", to calculate the wind chill go to the Wind Chill menu and the Select "Caculate Wind Chill". Then a window will appear asking you for the current Temperature in F, an the Wind Speed in MPH. Enter these values and click to Ok button. The Wind Chill window will then display the current wind chill factor. To quit select Quit under the Wind Chill menu.
